A 50% non refundable required to hold a rabbit for longer than 1 week.

If we do not receive a deposit within 7 days then that rabbit will go back up for sale.

I reserve the right to terminate any sale prior to handing the rabbit to perspective buyer, or person picking up for the perspective buyer.

The animal is not the property of the prospective buyer until I have physically delivered animal(s) to person, or person picking up for buyer. Regardless of whether payment is made or not. I will refund money if I decide to terminate sale.

 Animals I sell are in good health when they leave my hands-the buyer is to thoroughly go over the animal and check for general DQs(if applicable)and agree that the animal is in good health. Once the animal leaves my posession the sale is final. I will not offer refunds/replacements for animals that die due to circumstances beyond my control.

I do not guarantee an animal will win shows, or produce offspring. I do not control the judges opinions, nor do I control mother nature regarding fertility. If I sell an animal as show quality, I feel the animal has the potential to do well at shows, but cannot guarantee this. If I sell a breeding doe that has produced for me I can't guarantee the animal will produce for buyer. If I sell a non-proven animal I cannot guarantee the animal will produce.

It is also buyers responsability to keep rabbits seperate from their current herd for two week for safety purposes.
